How It Works?
Step 1
Sign up to create your free Smarter Shippers account. You will get your personal US shopping address.
Step 2
Make purchases from your favourite stores and have the packages delivered to your US shipping address. You can also let your family and friends send packages to your US shipping address.
Step 3
After items are delivered to the warehouse, you will be notified by email or you can track your packages online at your convenience.
Step 4
When your packages get to Jamaica and have been cleared by Jamaica Customs, you will be notified that your package is ready for pickup or you can have them delivered to your home or office.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What if my item is valued $50 USD and over?
If your item is valued 50 USD and over, your packages will attract Custom charges. To avoid paying Customs charges, ensure to keep your order total under 50 USD.
2. Do you ship large packages/items?
Yes, we ship barrels, large boxes, containers, furniture and other large items using our sea freight services.
3. Why do I need to provide an invoice for packages?
It is requested by Jamaica Customs to provide invoices for all packages. Failure to do so will result in having your packages delayed or packages incurring incorrect charges.
4. How long does it take for my packages to reach Jamaica?
Once packages are delivered to the warehouse, it takes 5 to 7 days to get to Jamaica.
5. Can I ship without a credit card?
Yes, we will use our credit card to make purchases for you with a fee of only 5% of the total cost of the item.
